WASHINGTON — Southwest Airlines is now offering free in-flight WiFi to all customers , as long as they're part of the company's loyalty program.
The service, which officially launched Oct. 24, is part of a partnership between Southwest and T-Mobile.
With this partnership, Southwest will be the largest U.S. airline to offer free WiFi on every plane. The service is available to all Rapid Rewards Members , the airline's loyalty program, which is free to join.
