A U-S Postal Service van was in an accident on Thursday involving an alleged drunk driver.

The incident occurred around 1:00 p.m. yesterday in the 3900 block of Covert Avenue.

The vehicle hit the USPS van and was driven to a nearby parking stall.

The driver of that vehicle, 25-year-old Alexis Baxton, blew a point-312 at the scene.

She was taken to the hospital for a checkup before being booked.

No one was hurt.
