KNOX COUNTY, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — A man in Knox County is in custody after officials said they found illegal drugs on him after he allegedly threw a traffic cone at a deputy's vehicle.
The incident happened on October 23, when a Knox County Sheriff's Office deputy was driving on Willow Street near a Casey's General Store.
As the deputy approached the store, a man sitting on the curb in front of the business allegedly stood up and threw a traffic cone at the deputy's vehicle.
The sheriff's office has identified that man as 34-year-old Brandon McDaniel.
