BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) -- A Baton Rouge business is suing Georgia-based comedian Carliemar White III, accusing him of impersonating a federal officer and defaming them in a viral video.

Holmes Building Materials and its manager, Derek Jones, have filed a federal lawsuit against White, also known as “Agent Ratliff" on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.

According to the complaint, White and his associates visited Holmes’ Airline Highway location in August, posing as investigators from a fake federal agency called “Occupational Cares Diversity Affairs.”
