A family-run hot sauce company is celebrating creating its 100,000 bottle as its popularity continues to grow. Middlesbrough's James Batten and his twin brother Pete, came up with the idea of launching their own hot sauce business four years ago and now have a range of more than 12 different flavours.
The pair run the business with Pete's wife Laura, and the three relish in creating unique flavours, including adding their home brew beer into the mix. Having just celebrated their fourth year, the family-run Balefire business, which also ropes in James' partner and the twins' mum when they aren't busy, has filled it's 100,000th bottle.
