BEMIDJI — As Wednesday marked the fourth anniversary of Nevaeh Kingbird's disappearance, the Bemidji Police Department said it continues to follow leads in her case.

Kingbird was last seen on Oct. 22, 2021. She was 15 years old when she went missing in Bemidji.

The Bemidji Police Department has partnered with Minnesota’s Missing and Murdered Indigenous Relatives Office (MMIR) to offer a reward of up to $10,000 for information in this case.

This reward is part of a historic state initiative to offer cash incentives for tips in eligible MMIR investigations, including long-term missing persons, suspicious death and homicide cases.
