The NBA world had a lot to digest on Thursday after the FBI arrested several individuals, including Portland Trail Blazers coach Chauncey Billups.

In addition to Billups, others arrested include Miami Heat guard Terry Rozier and former Cleveland Cavaliers assistant coach and longtime NBA veteran Damon Jones. Following the report, Utah Jazz forward Kevin Love reacted to the news with a few posts on social media.

Love, who is usually pretty funny on social media and was particularly hilarious during the Jimmy Butler saga while both were on the Heat last season, may have regretted his actions on Thursday. Although he was only joking, Love ended up removing them from his page.

Love was teammates with Rozier on the Heat last season. Jones coached Love on the Cleveland Cavaliers from 2016 until 2018. His time never overlapped with Billups on the Minnesota Timberwolves.

According to Love, after speaking with Trail Blazers guard Lillard, he decided that his posts were insensitive and required removal.

Lillard commented on Love's post that it was "weak" with two subsequent expletives. Love said he spoke to Lillard.

"Spoke to Dame and he opened my eyes to this being a real life situation for two of my former teammates and brothers. I took a particular post down because we all know they are going through it. As are their collective families."

Billups was coaching Lillard on the Trail Blazers but was placed on indefinite leave. Tiago Splitter will take over as an interim.
