DARLINGTON COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) -- The Darlington County Police Department is warning residents of a man who is scamming people out of thousands of dollars in the Darlington area for pine straw work.

The man identifies himself as Raquis Cactaro Tennyson and has been approaching homes in the Darlington Country Club area and surrounding neighborhoods offering pine straw services for "a couple hundred dollars."
