SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) - The Springfield Police are searching for a 62-year-old Iman, who has dementia and may be in need of medicine.

In a social media post by the Springfield Police Department, 62-year-old Ismael Toledo was last seen Thursday, leaving his home on Fresno Street. This is in the area of Page Blvd. and St. James Blvd.
