Sarnia police have a warrant out for the arrest of a 62-year-old Windsor woman who they say drove the wrong way into a car wash, then crashed through one of the garage doors and fled the scene.

Authorities say it happened around 1 a.m. Thursday at a gas station on London Road near Murphy Road in Sarnia — and caused around $30,000 in damage.

Police say security video shows a female driver pumping gas then entering the store to make a purchase.

After leaving the store, police say she then got back into the SUV and drove the wrong way into an open exit door of the car wash.
