A cyclist is expected to survive after colliding with a vehicle in the south Walkerville area of Windsor, according to police.
However, they’ve also been charged because of the incident.
It happened around 10:30 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of Parent Avenue and Avenue.
Police say the cyclist was sent to hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries — and has also been slapped with a charge of failing to stop at a stop sign.
The collision closed the area to traffic for several hours but it’s since reopened.
