The Los Angeles Chargers walloped the Minnesota Vikings 37-10 on ‘Thursday Night Football,’ and part of the offensive explosion was the continued emergence of rookie tight end Oronde Gadsden II.
A fifth-round pick out of Syracuse in the 2025 NFL Draft, Gadsden had decent games against the Broncos in Week 1 and the Dolphins in Week 6. But his breakout game came in Week 7 against the Colts, when he set a Chargers rookie-record for the most receiving yards in one game with 164 and a touchdown. He followed that up in the win against Minnesota with another five catches for 77 yards and his second-career touchdown.
Which brings us to today’s quiz. How many of the rookies with the most receiving yards in a single game for each NFL franchise can you name in five minutes?
Good luck!
