CLEMSON — Clemson football added its first linebacker in the 2026 recruiting class with the commitment of three-star Brayden Reilly .

The 6-foot-3, 200-pounder from St. Xavier High School in Cincinnati, Ohio, is rated the No. 28 player in the state by the 247Sports Composite rankings. Reilly recorded 74 tackles, including four for loss, eight pass breakups, two forced fumbles and two interceptions in his junior season, per 247Sports.

Reilly decommitted from Northwestern on Oct. 22 after receiving an offer from Clemson on Oct. 16. He will visit the Tigers on Nov. 1 and announced his commitment to Clemson on Oct. 24.

He is Clemson's 22nd commitment in the 2026 class and the team's ninth defensive player to commit to Clemson. Reilly is the third recruit from Ohio in the 2026 class
