PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. (WFLA) -- A teenager was accused of throwing a rock at an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) vehicle in Florida after agents arrested his father.
The Port St. Lucie Police Department said the incident happened Tuesday morning at a Wawa gas station while ICE and Border Patrol agents were "conducting an operation."
Pasqual Velasquez Martin, 19, was accused of picking up a large rock and throwing it at the passing vehicle. A photo provided by police showed a shattered back windshield.
Police did not say why Martin's father was arrested. Martin left the area and was arrested a short time later.
He was charged with throwing a deadly missile into an occupied vehicle.
