HENDERSON, Ky (WEHT) - A Posey County jury has found a Princeton man guilty of meth dealing and being a habitual offender.
The Posey County Prosecutor's Office says 47-year-old Anthony Apodaca was convicted after a three-day trial. Officials state the jury convicted Apodaca on habitual offending due to prior felony convictions that included: • Theft • Possession of Chemical Reagents or Precursors with Intent to Manufacture a Controlled Substance • Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Sell
