LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - In July 2024, WAVE News reported plans for 140-West , a new 27-story tower planned for downtown Louisville.
Officials said it would be the first addition to the skyline since the Omni Hotel opened in 2018.
Plans include a proposed 27-story skyscraper with a hotel offering more than 300 rooms, along with restaurants, bars, and swimming pool.
“We’ve got a record amount of investment going on in downtown, announced, or underway, 2.3 billion dollars, a significant number, it goes to show you the great amount of confidence, and faith,” said Rebecca Fleischaker, executive director of the Louisville Downtown Partnership.
