When the prosecutor read off the initials of the minors in the courtroom Friday, Alioth argued with the judge and said the initials were fictitious.
Alioth's bond was set at 10% of $100,000. If he posts bond, the judge said Alioth will still be held on his federal charges.
The Douglas County Attorney's Office had to recuse themselves from Alioth's case, because his sister used to work for them.
His federal trial is set for Nov. 3.
Alioth is also listed as a lifetime offender on the Nebraska Sex Offender Registry .
