Providence's Union Station Brewery and Providence Coal Fired Pizza with locations in Providence and North Kingstown will join the ever-growing portfolio of Newport's Heritage Restaurant Group.

On Friday, the group announced the upcoming purchase of the Crisp Restaurant Group which operates the three restaurants. The news comes one day after they announced the agreement to purchase Scales & Shells, a 37-year-old restaurant in Newport.
