Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Friday called on Kyiv’s allies to impose sanctions on all Russian oil companies, its “shadow fleet” and oil terminals to cut Moscow’s ability to fund its war in Ukraine.

Speaking in London alongside leaders of the “Coalition of the Willing”, Zelenskyy said Russia was attacking Ukrainian energy sites and trying to use winter to put pressure on the country. “Peace is born from pressure on the aggressor,” he said, according to Reuters.
