One man is in the hospital following a stabbing at the Walmart on Hwy. 80 on Thursday evening.

Around 5:50 p.m., Chatham County Police Department (CCPD) patrol officers responded to the retail store after reports of an altercation between two adult men that left one injured. CCPD detectives arrived very shortly after, an offical said.

This is an ongoing investigation led by the CCPD.
