A shelter-in-place order issued at Harvard University Friday has been lifted, according to the school’s emergency alert website .

The shelter-in-place order was enacted after a shooting in Cambridge was reported on Friday morning.

The shooting took place on Sherman Street near Danehy Park, the Cambridge Police Department wrote on social media . Police are currently at the scene and ballistic evidence has been found, the Facebook post reads.

No known victims have been identified at this time and there is also no public safety risk, police reported. More information will be shared when it’s available.

“Please continue to be vigilant and report any suspicious activity to the HUPD at 617-495-1212,” Harvard University’s emergency alert website reads.
