Today the doors open on Adelaide’s newest premium dining destination, Huami. Meaning ‘nectar’, Huami calls SkyCity Adelaide home and is celebrating Chinese culinary artistry through the finest local ingredients and contemporary techniques.
Last night, guests were treated to an exclusive preview event, indulging in a taste of what’s to come. They sampled Huami’s signature dishes, including a show-stopping Peking duck, roasted in the fruit wood-fired oven which takes pride of place at the centre of the restaurant. The night began with a colourful, high-energy, traditional lion dance performance that set the tone for an evening of spectacle, elegance and tradition.
