Srinagar Oct 24: On the birth anniversary of the nationalist leader Pandit Premnath Dogra, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) led by its National General Secretary and Prabhari of Jammu Kashmir and Ladakh Tarun Chugh garlanded the portrait of Pt. Premnath Dogra, fondly remembered as Sher-e-Duggar at the party office in Srinagar, said a press release.
