SRINAGAR/JAMMU, Oct 24: On the birth anniversary of Pandit Prem Nath Dogra, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) today paid rich tribute to the revered nationalist leader, fondly remembered as Sher-e-Duggar.

Led by its National General Secretary and Prabhari of Jammu Kashmir and Ladakh, Tarun Chugh, senior BJP leaders garlanded the portrait of Pt Premnath Dogra at the party office in Srinagar.
