(FOX40.com) – This weekend in Old Sacramento, Stage Nine Entertainment invites the community to its “Villainous Weekend Party.”

On Oct. 25 and 26, people of all ages can check out The Underground Vault, decorated for the Halloween season. The event is free and open to the public from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

This year, the event includes a 1000-pound(ish) pumpkin grown in the region. Anyone can enter a guess of how much the pumpkin weighs. The winner receives a large gift basket filled with several prizes.

“We’ve always been looking for a giant pumpkin to have on exhibit, and we were finally put in touch with a grower in Sacramento who thought he had an award winner, and so we said, ‘we’ll purchase this pumpkin’,” Stage Nine Entertainment Founder and CEO Troy Carlson said.
