BUNCOMBE COUNTY, N.C. (FOX Carolina) - The Buncombe County Sheriff’s Office reports six juveniles and two adults are facing charges after a fight broke out at a youth football league event.
Deputies said the fight happened at T.C. Roberson’s High School’s stadium on Oct. 12. The youth football event has no ties to Buncombe County Schools and was only using the school’s field.
Some deputies were working off-duty secondary at the event and were told of a fight in the stands before working to break it up, according to officials.
The juveniles were charged with disorderly conduct by fighting and simple affray. Two adults, Montreaz Mosley and Yoshida Mills, were charged with disorderly conduct and simple affray, deputies said.
Deputies said no injuries were reported during the fighting.
