CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) - A man arrested in connection with a viral video from earlier this year will not serve jail time for impersonating a law enforcement officer.

Sean Michael Johnson, 34, was sentenced to three years of probation and 200 hours of community service at Seacoast Church, according to court records. Johnson was charged with impersonating a law enforcement officer and breach of peace after a video showed him arguing with a driver on Sullivan’s Island.

The video shows Johnson asking the driver if he is from Mexico and telling him he’s going back. Johnson is also shown taking the keys out of the vehicle’s ignition, saying that the driver does not have a license and cannot drive.
