A man faces charges for allegedly threatening to shoot someone who confronted him at a beach parking lot in Norwalk on Thursday, leading to the discovery of more than four pounds of marijuana.
Alexander Freedman, 37, of Norwalk has been charged with second-degree threatening, second-degree breach of peace, illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, possession with intent to sell one kilogram or more of a cannabis substance, sale of one kilogram or more of a cannabis substance, use of drug paraphernalia, violation of restricted substances, reckless driving and failure to renew registration, according to Lt. Tomasz Podgorski of the Norwalk Police Department .
