PITTSBURGH (WTAJ) -- The Steelers ruled Scotty Miller out for Sunday Night Football against the Packers, the only Steeler designated out ahead of Pittsburgh's clash with the Green Bay Packers.

Miller was limited Thursday, and did not practice with the team Friday due to a finger injury. Malik Harrison, Zach Frazier and Will Howard are all questionable.

Calvin Austin III, who hasn't played since Ireland, was a full participant this week and will be back in uniform this weekend. Austin caught 10 passes for 139 yards and two touchdowns in four games this season.

Frazier is dealing with a calf injury and was limited in practice this week. Third-year center Ryan McCollum would start in his place. McCollum started two games a season ago.
