Isabelle Tate died from a rare form of a neurological disorder.

The 9-1-1: Nashville actress passed away on Sunday (19.10.25) and her representative has now confirmed she "passed away peacefully" as a result of Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease, a group of inherited conditions which cause nerve damage.

The McCray Agency wrote on their Instagram Story: "Isabelle 'Izzy' Tate had a rare form of Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease. She passed away peacefully on the 19th of October.

"The family requests privacy as they deal with this sudden and shocking loss.

"Izzy recently returned to acting and booked episode 1 of 9-1-1 Nashville which filmed in June and first aired October 6th.
