Heber City Council candidates Yvonne M. Barney, Nick Lopez, Morgan Murdock and Corey Noyes discussed their positions and aspirations to win one of two open seats on the council at Thursday’s forum, along with what they’d want to do with a hypothetical $1 million windfall for the city.
Barney is the lone incumbent running for reelection to ensure Heber City grows in a responsible manner, she said.
Lopez is a Marine combat veteran and former Salt Lake City firefighter with a pointed focus on public safety.
