ALEXANDRIA — The opening of two new projects of INH Properties were celebrated recently at a ribbon cutting ceremony and a groundbreaking event.

Broadway Garden Estates, located at 3511 S. Broadway Street in Alexandria, had its ribbon cutting ceremony last week. The apartment complex opened in the fall of 2024. It boasts 51 units and includes both one and two bedroom apartments.

The Landmark of Alexandria will be built right next door to Broadway Garden Estates and is scheduled to open late summer/early fall of 2026. This complex will feature 80 units.

Both properties are 55+ independent senior living communities that feature their own pickleball courts, fully equipped fitness centers and garage parking options. They are also both pet-friendly.
