Two children are missing and believed with their mother, who no longer has custody of them, Bourne police said Friday, saying they may have left Massachusetts.

Vanessa Downer is wanted on suspicion of kidnapping of a minor by a relative, police said, asking for help finding her children Isabella and Christian Casali.
