TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Tampa Jewish Family Services has opened another food bank to help meet the expanding need of those experiencing food insecurity.
This will provide healthy food options for families in the area. They want to make sure the community knows the food banks are open to any and everyone to help meet the growing need.
With the rising costs of living, more and more families are showing up to food banks.
"Being a single mom and not having adequate support, it gets frustrating, but I teach my kids to have an attitude of gratitude and to be grateful for what you have," said Tonisha Martin.
Martin is a mother of three and after she lost her job, she said she turned to Tampa Jewish Family Services for support.
