It might still be October, but snow has fallen in Pennsylvania.

Video taken at the Seven Springs Ski Resort in Seven Springs, located in the Laurel Highlands in the southwestern section of the state, shows a light snow falling and melting as the flakes hit the ground.

Similarly, a photo posted to PA Weather Action LLC’s Facebook page shows a higher-up section of the ski resort covered in a very light dusting of snow.

The resort is located about 3,0001 feet above sea level. WTAE meteorologist Jill Szwed reported that temperatures were below 32 degrees at or about 2900 feet above the ground, just right for some snow.
