YPSILANTI, Mich. (WILX) - In a decision released Friday, the NCAA Division I Committee on Infractions said that three former Eastern Michigan basketball players did not cooperate with an investigation into potential sports betting violations.

The lack of cooperation itself is a violation of NCAA rules, which could trigger permanent ineligibility for the players: Jalin Billingsley, Da’Sean Nelson, and Jalen Terry, but none of the three have eligibility remaining.

The NCAA began investigating in January of 2025 after monitoring suspicious betting activity in the Eagles’ Jan. 14 game, as well as the two games prior.
