On any given night, nearly 1,600 people in Delaware face homelessness.

Often, it's a family.

New Castle County is now working with a national non-profit to improve a family's chances of a stable future.

60 of up to 120 families will soon be getting services through the federally-funded partnership with national non-profit Social Finance . New Castle County Executive Marcus Henry made the announcement Friday at The Hope Center , the converted hotel off I-95 at Airport Road that was made into a shelter with wrap-around services about five years ago.
