MONROE, La. (KNOE) - The West Carroll Parish School Board announced one of its students will compete at the National FFA Convention.
WCPSB said Andikaye Ainsworth, a student at Forest High School, will travel to Indianapolis to compete in Extemporaneous Speaking at the FFA Convention .
According to the school board, Ainsworth is the first student from Forest High to compete at the FFA Nationals.
“Her hard work, dedication, and leadership have already made West Carroll Parish so proud,” the school board posted on Facebook.
FFA Nationals are from Oct. 29 through Nov. 1.
