SAN ANTONIO — A parked car was pummeled by a hit-and-run driver, and the whole thing was caught on camera.

Video shows a truck side-swiping a car, backing into it, then the driver of that truck just takes off.

This happened around six last Friday night at Hicks Avenue and Amanda Street.

Luckily, no one was hurt, but plenty of damage was done to the front and back of Samantha Perez’s car. Now, she just wants to know who did it.

“I guess because the tires were so big he kind of rode the side of the car, and then ended at the front of the car, drove through her neighbor’s fence, and then backed up into the front of my car," Perez said.

Perez can still drive her car, but the bigger problem for her is that the driver took off.

“It’s really disheartening, no note, no accountability.”
