A major gambling scandal has shaken professional basketball, with a former NBA player warning he saw this coming, according to USA Today , which interviewed Randy Livingston about his reaction to the federal arrests. Livingston, who played in the NBA from 1996 to 2007 and has been open about his own gambling struggles, said he is not surprised at all by the investigation that led to charges against Portland Trail Blazers coach Chauncey Billups, Miami Heat guard Terry Rozier, and former player Damon Jones.
