PEORIA ( 25News Now ) - A local restaurant has announced new ownership and a possible expansion in Peoria.

In a Facebook post , Hoop’s Pub & Pizza announced they will “continue under new ownership and eventually expand.”

“I would like to extend my gratitude to all of you who have supported Hoops Pub and Pizza. There are numerous great memories and friendships that have been fostered over nearly three decades,” the Facebook post stated. “Thank you again for your years of support.”

Hoop’s Pub & Pizza is located at 516 Main St #1029 in Peoria.

No further information has been provided by the Peoria sports bar at this time.
