SAN ANGELO, Texas (Concho Valley Homepage) — Across West Texas, children are seeking their forever families. One such child is Anelly, a music-loving 12-year-old looking for the unconditional love that a family can provide.

Annelly hopes to one day study music at the University of Texas at El Paso. Tunes aren't her only passion; she also enjoys sports and wants to use her athleticism to eventually serve our country in the United States Army.

Anelly loves spending time outdoors, being active and animals. She also enjoys reading her Bible and shared that her favorite story is that of Noah and the ark.

"Before I flood the world, thank God. Then God made a promise about the rainbow. He would never flood the world again," Anelly said.
