Former NBA superstar Kevin Garnett’s name has been linked to the investigation that led to the arrests of Chauncey Billups and Damon Jones on Thursday, with Pablo Torre having done some digging into the latest scandal to hit the sports world.

According to Torre, Garnett, a champion with the Boston Celtics in 2008, played in a Mafia-backed poker game in 2019.

The game was allegedly organized by individuals who were indicted as part of the FBI’s case, which involves Billups, Jones, Terry Rozier, and others. However, Garnett wasn’t charged or named in any of the indictments.
