AKRON, Ohio - The president of Summa Health Medical Group was arrested after prosecutors say he violated Ohio’s revenge porn law by distributing explicit photos of a woman without her consent.

Dr. Vivek Bhalla, 45, of Copley, is accused of disseminating the photo to multiple people, along with a caption that identified the woman, according to court records.

Bhalla, 45, was taken into custody Saturday and released on Monday after posting a $5,000 bond, Barberton Municipal Court records show. He faces a fifth-degree felony charge that carries a maximum prison sentence of one year.
