Neighbor accused of shooting woman because her horse was getting 'too fat'

A Texas man is behind bars after he allegedly shot his neighbor last week because he thought her horse was getting “too fat.”

Lee David Strole, 39, was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after allegedly opening fire on his neighbor in the rural Leggett community north of Livingston on Oct. 15, East Texas News reported .

Authorities said Strole is also wanted in Harris County on an unrelated aggravated assault of a family member warrant. 4
