BEMIDJI — Three days after knocking off No. 18 Minnesota Duluth, the Bemidji State volleyball team welcomed another ranked opponent to the BSU Gymnasium.

No. 6 Wayne State swept the Beavers, winning the three sets by scores of 25-15, 25-21 and 25-17, respectively.

Lily Riese had a team-high 11 kills, followed by Ava Athman with seven. Kylie Struble had a pair of aces to lead the way for BSU. Struble also had six digs, while Jada Wlodarczyk had a team-high nine. Madison Tripp had 21 aces to pace Bemidji State.
