Police in Cumberland County are searching for a juvenile they said was last seen Thursday.

John Achenbach Jr. was last seen running away from a hearing at Cumberland County Children and Youth Services/Cumberland County Juvenile Probation in Carlisle around noon Thursday, police said.

Achenbach was last seen wearing a black hoodie, gray sweatpants and New Balance sneakers, police said. The police report did not include the boy’s age.

Anyone with information regarding the boy’s whereabouts is asked to call the Carlisle Borough Police Department at 717-243-5252.
