BOISE, Idaho — A 34-year-old man was arrested Friday evening after allegedly shooting at a neighbor's home and leading law enforcement officers on a brief chase through the city.

Jose Antonio Gallegos Jr. faces several charges after the incident that started around 6:15 p.m., when Caldwell police responded to reports of an armed suspect near North 7th Avenue and East Freeport Street, according to the Caldwell Police Department .

Police said Gallegos pulled out two firearms and threatened a neighbor outside a home on Freeport Street. After the confrontation, Gallegos fled the scene in a vehicle.
