RICHLAND, Wash. – Richland's online customer service portal will be offline starting today and lasting through the weekend. This downtime is due to the city's implementation of a new utility billing portal called "My Account."

The city assures residents that utilities will not be disconnected during this transition. Automatic billing will be processed after the transition is complete.

For those who need to pay their bills manually, payments can be made at City Hall.

Richland encourages residents to prepare for the transition and take any necessary actions before the portal goes offline.
