Divisional Sports Officer, Jammu Kashmir Sports Council, Javid-Ur-Rehman, said the change is the result of continuous efforts to identify and nurture young athletes across all districts.

“The JK Sports Council has remained focused on nurturing the talent of students along with their academic needs. The results are evident. Our medal tally continues to rise at national and international levels”, he said.
